Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced , Excela Health Home Care and Hospice was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. the deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite State Re-licensure survey conducted on October 14, 2021.
